Position: Training Co-ordinator

Location: Eccles, Manchester

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

**Salary**: Circa £21,000 depending on experience

**Responsibilities**
- Updating the SHE training system including scanning and uploading training certificates
- Assist with booking internal training courses as requested y depots
- Issuing certificates and training confirmations to the relevant Depot Managers
- Liaise with training providers when necessary
- Provide statistics and information on a regular basis on current and forthcoming issues relating to training
- Providing accurate costs for all training courses booked, including raising purchase orders and ensuring all invoices are sent to the relevant department
- General administration to support the HSEQ teams, such as stationary and raising orders

**Experience/knowledge and skills required**:

- Experience working within customer service environment
- Attention to detail
- Able to work on your own and as part of a wider team
- Good organisational skills
- be able to prioritises workload
- Good communications skills and good telephone manner
