As our Junior Fashion Designer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring we achieve the mission we have set for ourselves. Alongside our Fashion Designer you will be planning designing our innovative, premium product collections with a focus on our trademark True Muscle Fit and Performance Fabrics. We’re looking for someone with 2 years experience who’s ready to dive in and make a real impact. What paves the way is a knowledge and passion of fashion design, an understanding of premium styles and fabrics, and solid attention to detail, along with a drive to learn and solve issues. **What you will be doing**
- Assisting the fashion designer in trend, colour, product and fabric research and analysis across a number of channels for upcoming seasonal collections.
- Assisting the fashion designer in sourcing fabrics and trims for new developments and managing trackers and key critical path dates.
- Assisting the Fashion Designer and working closely with the wider product team to design and develop the collection ranges and product categories.
- Assisting the Fashion Designer in working closely with suppliers to source and identify fabrics and trims that meet our requirements.
- Assist the Fashion Designer to create and develop the Design Presentation to present to the wider team.
- Assisting the Fashion Designer to create Thumbnail Designs.
- Assisting the Fashion Designer to create detailed and accurate design packs.
- Assisting the Fashion Designer and garment tech in fit sessions.
- Assisting the Fashion Designer to communicate accurate and detailed product details to other teams within Operations and Marketing.
- Assisting the Fashion Designer to ensure design packs are updated, when required.
- Develop close working relationships with stakeholders in the business and wider Operations team.
- Assisting the Fashion Designer, ensure thumbnails are continually updated and shared with Buying and Merchandising teams.

**Who you are**
- You might be an assistant or junior designer who is looking to progress to the next level in their career.
- Minimum of 2 years experience within industry working across multi product (preferably menswear).
- Strong understanding of design and development process from beginning to end, with critical path management experience.
- Experienced working closely with a Designer and a Buyer.
- Experience creating design Presentations, thumbnails and design packs.
- Proficient using Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
- Experience working with a global supply base.
- Fabric knowledge & sourcing with strong commercial awareness.
- Proficient with tech: Excel/Google Sheets/Docs/Drive, Asana, Slack, Zoom.
- Excellent attention to detail, & consistently exceeds results through the setting of high standards.
- Great organisational skills, and a methodical approach.
- A self-starter who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and taking the initiative.

We also ask for you to be within a reasonable distance from London, as that is where our hybrid office is based.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
