**The Role**

We are looking for an Affiliate Executive to join our growing team.

Affiliate marketing is one of the fastest growing digital marketing channels, it's a great channel to start your experience in e-commerce. We will provide you detailed training, so you are comfortable to handle day to day works.

As an Affiliate executive you will have the chance to learn, partnership management, influencer marketing and copywriting. You'll be tasked with championing CurrentBody
- finding bloggers, websites and influencers who are the right fit for CurrentBody across the world
- and fostering relationships with them.

**Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain publisher relationships in order to understand their needs and business priorities
- Coordinate with various teams to address affiliate needs in accurate and timely manner
- Ability to manage network relationships towards delivering clear business outcomes
- Superb written and oral communications skills, with the ability to think and act with speed
- Highly organised & efficient, able to work clearly & effectively in a fast paced environment
- Oversee Blog/Content Affiliate collaborations alongside community management on Affiliate platforms

**KPI's of the channel**:

- Sales and New Customer targets
- ROI and CPA
- Channel growth - efficiencies or from new partnerships/ opportunities

**The Person**:

- Team player - able to collaborate across internal channel departments
- Digital awareness - experience and understanding of how digital channels can work together and how these may cross over into the Affiliate channel.
- Experience working with AWIN or similar-size affiliate networks
- Organised and Time Management - task prioritization of own workload and that of the teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of digital Key Performance Indicators
- Strategic mindset
- Ability to review commercial proposals and negotiate to ensure cost efficiency for the channel
- Perform well under pressure and deliver results in difficult situations
- Experience in the beauty / luxury industry
- Technical knowledge of integrations with partners and networks.
