**Atlas Hotels** is hiring a **Housekeeping Assistant** right now at the **Holiday Inn Express Stirling**

- Our housekeepers are the lifeblood of what we do - without clean rooms we have no rooms to sell
- Deliver a great guest experience through providing a high standard of cleaning throughout the hotel.

- Be an active and effective team member, working together to achieve hotel goals
- Monitoring any issues with rooms to other members of the team (eg Maintenance) as soon as possible
- Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene and Atlas standards in both public and private areas, taking pride in the hotel and its team
- Effectively manage complaints using our ‘service recovery’ principles
- Understand and have a good knowledge of the products and services available at the hotel
- Understand guest satisfaction scores and maintain a good knowledge of hotel areas of focus
- Demonstrate good local knowledge and proactively provide this to guests when required
- Maintain compliance standards
- Positively represent the Atlas brand
- Take accountability for own development, career progression and growth in role
