We are currently looking for an Early Careers Programme Advisor who will provide a first class service to the full early careers talent management cycle for graduates and interns within Corporate Risk & Broking Great Britain (London).This will includeresponsibility for the end to end recruitment process alongside management of the annual summer internship program and key activities relating to the graduate program.There is also scope to have be involved in activities across our partner program in NorthAmerica.The role is hybrid-based with travel into the London office as and where activities take place is essential.
**The Role**:

- Supporting the full recruitment life cycle and programme activities for our intern and graduates across Great Britain
- Leadingthe bespoke recruitment campaign for our business segment to promote our opportunities
- Conducting interviews (where required) and facilitating feedback discussions with interviewees
- Reviewing and scoring video interviews against a competency scorecard
- Ensuring that the approval and offer processes are conducted in an accurate and timely manner
- Leading the keep warm activities and engagement with all new hires
- Support graduate and intern managers on best practice standards and policies in student recruitment
- Managing the annual summer internship program including communications with business managers
- Evaluating and providing feedback reports on development activities in order to share with key stakeholders in a timely manner
- Co-ordinating various learning and development sessions for current students
- Managing invoice payments and quarterly reporting on spend
- Strong communication skills to manage a variety of stakeholders
- Supporting the US Graduate Program as and where necessary

**The Requirements**:

- Previous experience within graduate recruitment / training programs desirable
- Experience in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and web-based technologies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organisational/coordinating skills with good numerical skills
- Ability to work independently and with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines when there are multiple tasks to manage
- Displays persuasive and effective influencing skills in order to achieve desired outcome and drawing on formal and informal networks and experiences
- Able to relate to a range of different groups of people and adapt working styles to suit the circumstances and objectives in an open minded manner
- Maintains confidentiality and security of information at all times in all aspects of the role
- Approachable and reliable with a tactful and diplomatic attitude
