**People & Culture Lead Job in East London**

**A People & Culture Lead job is now available. My client is seeking an established People & Culture Lead to support with culture, HR and recruitment**

Established in 2009, our client provides creative workspaces and coworking to practitioners and businesses. This opportunity is reporting directly to the COO and working closely with heads of department, you will lead on talent management, optimising HR processes as they enter a high growth phase.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Manage recruitment processes, carrying out reviews of company structure
- Liaise with line managers to draft clear and aspirational job ads
- Propose salaries for approval by senior management
- Keep up to date on recruitment platforms
- Develop relationships with account managers on platforms to ensure best possible performance
- Act as liaison with external HR legal advisor
- Ensure policies are reviewed and updated regularly
- Manage employee contracts, including issuing, updating and renewing
- Assess and update inductions and training to ensure best start for new employees
- Oversee reviews and appraisals, keeping to a high professional standard
- Deliver high standard internal communications
- Organise team events from birthdays to cultural outings, Christmas parties, etc
- Review benefits offered by the company to ensure competitive and on brand.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- Experience in a recruitment focused position
- Strong collaborative skills
- CIPD qualification, or similar
- Outstanding people skills
- Emotionally intelligent and approachable
- Excellent English, both written and verbal.
