About the Role:
As an **Unqualified Teaching Assistant**, you will play a key role in supporting the class teacher to ensure that students have the best possible learning experience. You will work closely with students, helping them with their academic work, providing pastoral support, and contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the class teacher in delivering lessons and supporting students with their individual learning needs.
- Providing one-to-one or small group support to students, including those with additional needs.
- Helping to manage classroom behaviour and supporting students in developing positive social skills.
- Supporting students with their personal and academic development, ensuring they remain engaged and motivated in their studies.
- Assisting with classroom preparation, including setting up resources and helping with assessments.
- Observing students' progress and helping to track their development, feeding back to the teacher as necessary.
