**YOUR ROLE**

As an Associate Auction Specialist, you will play a key role in the Auction journey by engaging and building relationships with our partner agents whilst promoting the benefits of our service proposition. Your role is to educate both buyer and seller on the benefits of Auction and why this could be the best route to sell their property.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- **You’re a great communicator. **You will communicate with your partner agents on a daily basis, working in partnership to increase auction leads to iamsold.
- **You’re all about the customer. **You will liaise with vendors ensuring to clearly explain the effectiveness of auction and why this should be the preferred selling method, providing professional guidance and expertise throughout the journey.
- **You’re a collaborator.** You will work in partnership with your agents to create a marketing strategy to help generate potential buyers
- **You’re a confident negotiator.** You will handle all offer negotiations and bids on behalf of the partner agent with vendors and buyers, whilst adhering with AML standards.
- **You’re target driven.** You will work towards a set framework of monthly and quarterly KPIS and targets, continuously adapting and seeking ways to improve.
- **You’re a problem solver.** Helping to find solutions to any issues or complaints that arise from your own portfolio of properties ensuring a successful resolution.
- **You have an eye on the detail**. You will professionally handle all financial transactions as per company policy, highlighting any potential red flags
- **You’re a team player.** You’ll present yourself and iamsold in the best way to our partner agents, their clients your team and everyone else involved in the transaction.

This role is a training programme which will consist of 2 weeks virtual classroom training. On successful completion of the training, you will move into a grad bay environment and work alongside an experienced team who will provide you with all the relevant tools and support to develop you into a successful Associate Auction Specialist.

You will have a dedicated mentor throughout the programme, opportunities to build and expand your knowledge and skills right from day 1, the latest technology and in house systems, not to mention achievable targets, attractive guaranteed earnings and a buzzing working environment (albeit virtually)

**GOT SKILLS?**

What are the top things you’ll bring to the role?
- Minimum of 3 years property sales experience working within an Estate Agency or associated industry as a Senior Negotiator, Valuer, Branch Manager or similar.
- Proven success in a target driven environment
- The ability to engage and build effective working relationships over the phone
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Computer literate with good working knowledge of video conferencing and virtual call handling, along with use of CRM systems
