Due to continued growth MacRail are recruiting for Minibus Driver to operate a 9 seater bus for 24th - 26th and collected 27 in Water Orton Birmingham sites for Christmas.

MacRail is a market leader in infrastructure site access, providing bespoke and innovative solutions to manage our clients’ worksites. Due to expansion, we are currently looking to recruit minibus drivers with valid driver’s licence which includes category B or D.

Our minibus drivers play a key role in our business transporting railway infrastructure workers to various access points.

Duties include:

- Driving company vehicles in a safe and legal manner, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the passengers.
- To perform driving tasks such as moving between access points, collecting and dropping off workers.
- Complying with all health and safety requirements and driving legislation.
- Listening to the radio for communication from site.
- Keep an eye on traffic and weather reports to stay up to date on road conditions.
- Ensure minibus is kept clean and tidy at all times.

About you:

- A CAT B or D licence.
- Proven experience as a driver.
- Over 21 years of age due to insurance reasons.
- Less than 6 points.
- Polite and customer service skills.

**Benefits**

- £12 per hour, but you will be paid double for this shift, so you will be paid £24 per hour plus the network rail Christmas bonus of £400 per shift.

**Salary**: £12.00-£13.00 per hour
