**Hours of Work**: Full Time, **36.25 hours per week**. Working 5 days a week. Including 1 in 3 Saturdays based on business needs.
- Hours of operation are Monday to Friday 08:00 am - 18:00 with 1 in 3 weekend days (Saturdays 08:00 am - 18:00 Sunday 10:00 - 18:00 based on business needs)

**Salary**: The salary for this role will be **£21,850, Annual**

**Essential skills you’ll need**
- Previous Customer Service Experience
- Time management and organisational skills

**Additional Information**:
Please be aware that the training is full-time on-site training at Wilmslow (John Lewis).

**The training hours are Monday to Friday 9 am to 5.30 pm for 4 weeks, commencing from 18/11/24 to 13/12/24.**

No holidays are permitted during training.
