**The Role**:We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Operations Supervisor to join our team in Coventry. In this supervisory capacity, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and guiding staff to perform their duties effectively. The position offers flexible, casual hours, with a requirement for evening and weekend availability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct briefings for all staff and provide on-site training.
- Assist customers with directions and address any parking-related inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
- Uphold and represent company policies effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of car park usage and revenue.
- Assist with planning and loading/unloading of vehicles before and after event days
- Driving too and from events with staff
