We are recruiting for a leading packaging company who are looking to add at least one Production Team Lead to their operation in Cumbernauld.

Working on a _**nightshift basis**_, you would assist management in implementing process improvements to enhance the production capabilities, output and, critically, the quality of product.

**Key Responsibilities**
- To assist in the operation of manufacturing equipment producing products for various clients UK wide.
- Ensuring the highest level of productivity in the performance of processing activities and ensuring packaging is according to the products manufacturing specification.
- To address any discrepancies during the manufacturing process.
- Ensuring the team are achieving targets and job standards set out by the Operations Manager.
- To perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high.
- Follow quality service standards and comply with rules, regulations, and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.

**What we need from you**
- Supervisor/Team Leader experience within a manufacturing environment and be familiar with manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in inventory software and database systems.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Must have the ability to work in fast paced, target driven environment.
- Strong understanding of H&S standards.
- **Please note that the hours of work will be 8pm-6am Monday to Thursday offering a fantastic work/life balance with a 4 day working week**_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,500.00-£26,000.00 per year
