**Key Responsibilities**

As our shift leader, it is your role to make sure that our guests receive the highest standard of service possible. You will ensure the provision of high quality drinks and food service, supervising staff, cleaning and stock control of the Bar/Kitchen. You will be leading and inspiring our team every day. You will work with the senior management team and manage the day to day operations of the venue.

Your Responsibilities will include but not be limited to
- Preparing drinks (including our fantastic cocktail menu)
- Preparing snack and food items
- Serving all drinks and snacks to the correct lanes
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the venue and kitchen
- Assisting with all close down and open procedures
- Be a star player with regards to standards on site, ensuring every box is ticked
- Deploy the team according to the trading needs ensuring the right people in the right place to maximise sales.
- Be the driving force in hour health and safety, cleanliness and operational excellence in the Bar/Kitchen.
- Ability to embrace challenges in a fast paced environment
- A passion for leading others with a desire to take on shared responsibility because at Putt Above its all about working as a team
- Communicating with our Guest services team and management about guest enquires
- Complete any repair work needed to our lanes (once training has been provided)

This role has an hourly rate of £11.00ph. Typical working hours will include daytimes, evenings (up until approx. 11.30pm), including weekends (both Saturdays and Sundays). This is a 20 **hours contract** position. overtime will be available.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 25 per week
