**Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage daily office operations and provide administrative support to ensure efficiency.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform invoice entry accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as required.
- Organise files and documents, ensuring easy retrieval of information when needed.
- Support the team with clerical duties such as typing, filing, and photocopying.
- Maintain a clean and orderly office environment.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.

Pay: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
