We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Controller to join our team. As a Senior Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to operational running of the Depot.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Depot.
- Attend weekly Teams meetings on Depot operational issues and wins.
- Manage and lead a small team of staff.
- Weekly stock takes and stock control. - Liaising with Customers on the phone, and building strong relationships.
- Working with and liaising with the Sales Team.
- Ordering from and dealing with suppliers.

**Skills**:

- Experience within the Hire industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- A can do attitude and lead by example. - Able to work as part of a Team and on your own.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
