In this role, you will be providing a testing and results service, working within the Healthcare environment, carrying out the vital task of fitting and testing masks to ensure an adequate seal is provided to protect from airborne transmission of the virus. Full training will be provided for the role, with continued mentorship and support from our team here at Ashfield, as we work together to and protect our key workers and tackle the pandemic. **Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)** - Carry out Face Fit Testing to BSIF Fit2Fit standard - Running clinics daily, engaging with Healthcare professionals and carrying out Face Fitting procedures, ensuring correct fit, protecting them and their patients from the spread of Coronavirus - Delivering quality results by the efficient use of standards and controls, verifying equipment. Trouble shooting where appropriate; monitoring quality control measures and protocols - Communicating clearly with the Healthcare professionals, ensuring they are informed at every step of the process to ensure compliance and understanding - Responsible for accurate record keeping of tests completed - Maintains and operates to all quality standards and operating procedures - Maintain excellent time-management and organisation under pressure **Essential Skills** - Excellent communication skills, ability to flex communication to a range of stakeholders - Ability to work under pressure - Planning and Organisation - Ability to build rapport quickly - Desire to deliver training - Some knowledge of the NHS - Desire to make a difference **Background** Ashfield is a fast-paced place to work where you will be highly valued.
