In this dual role, you will primarily focus on multi-drop deliveries while supporting essential warehouse operations when needed. **Key Responsibilities (Driving Focus)**:

- Safely load, unload, and inspect products for delivery.
- Follow optimal delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries to multiple clients across London and neighboring areas.
- Maintain a friendly, accurate, and proactive approach during deliveries.
- Ensure proper completion of invoices and adherence to cash-on-delivery procedures.
- Uphold BRC (food safety) standards throughout the delivery process.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations, avoiding PCNs.

**Key Responsibilities (Warehouse Support)**:

- Prepare wholesale pallets for dispatch via 3rd party transport or company vans.
- Receive goods and accurately book them into the system.
- Perform daily stock takes based on provided product lists.
- Handle return items by weighing, counting, and restocking into the freezer/chiller.
- Maintain warehouse areas to BRC standards, ensuring cleanliness and prompt disposal of waste.
- Occasionally assist with defrosting fish in compliance with hygiene standards.

**Working Hours**:
**Essential Requirements**:

- Valid UK driving licence (clean driving record preferred).
- Previous multi-drop delivery experience.
- Physical fitness to handle heavy lifting and loading/unloading of goods.
- Flexibility to assist with warehouse operations when required.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Availability to work every other Saturday as per the provided rota.
