We are inviting talented Floor Supervisors with a high level of attention to detail, who can demonstrate quality within a housekeeping environment to join our team.

As a floor supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a busy housekeeping department, working as part of a team to provide the very best service to our clients and their guests.

Your duties will include:

- Working in a fast paced high energy environment and checking quality of rooms
- Organising staff rotas
- Working closely with the supervisory team to support the head housekeeper
- Supporting the Housekeeping team with ongoing training and development
- Maintaining the standards set by Hotelcare and our client at all times
- Meeting daily targets
- Complying with all company health and safety, policies and recording any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents or injuries
