**About the position**:
As a Social Media Marketing Executive, you will be joining our Social Media department, working closely with our Social Media team as we continue to grow as a business. Reporting to Ella Stringer (Social Media Manager) and Sam Hardy (Director).

You will support the delivery of effective social media marketing campaigns for Bristow & Hardy’s client base, whilst building your skills within this fast-growing recruitment marketing agency. During which, you will be responsible for managing and running a variety of our client’s social media accounts, producing content, growing following and improving engagement.

At Bristow & Hardy you will become apart of our growing team where you will have the ability to learn and grow your skill set whilst also being introduced to variety of different business within the global employment sector. As a result of this, you may be expected to attend meetings both internally and externally where you may have to discuss digital marketing to our clients. However, until you feel comfortable in doing so on your own, you will be joined by a member of the Bristow & Hardy team.

- Content creation / writing
- Researching topic ideas & gathering information
- Graphic design
- Creative ideas & marketing strategy
- Creating social media content
- Grow social media following & engagement

**Skillset & competencies**:
Unless otherwise specified, the below are desired, but not essential.
- Strong written English skills (essential)
- Eye for detail & design / creative flare (essential)
- Graphic design experience
- Exposure to Photoshop
- Exposure to Canva
- Exposure to Teamwork
- Experience with Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) (essential)
- Strong time-keeping skills, with the ability to hit deadlines (essential)
- Agile style of working with the ability to switch between tasks (essential)
