**The Role**

We have various full time shift patterns available between Monday and Friday

Pay starts from £11.60 per hour paid weekly.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Select, cut, trim and prepare cuts of meat to the required standard and at designated line speed.
- Remove bones from pork shoulders, legs, backs and bellies in a manner appropriate to each customer’s individual specification and at designated line speed for each product.
- Carry out all tasks above whilst achieving Company yield targets.
- Ensure compliance with all Company Health and Safety Policy requirements for butchery tasks.
- Meet statutory, customer and Company quality and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Ensure tasks are carried out in compliance with all legal, customer and awarding body requirements e.g. BQAP, Bord Bia, USDA, PRC etc.
- Ensure the work area is kept clean and sanitised.
- Clean and maintain all equipment in line with company requirements.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by the Butchery Manager.

**Skills and Experience Required**
- Previous experience of operative work, preferably gained in a production environment is preferential although **full training is provided**.
- A high degree of safety consciousness.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- A high level of personal hygiene and cleanliness.
