**A Personal Assistant is required for 18 hours per week to support a 51 year old lady with a Chronic health condition, to live and maintain her independence in her own home.**
The 18 hours are split over the afternoons, with occasional weekend and bank holidays, these hours/times are flexible and can be mutually arranged to suit both parties.

The lady requires support with personal care, meal preparation, general domestic help, accompanying her walking her assistance dog, shopping, going for coffee, cinema etc.

**The successful applicant must be out-going, cheerful, positive and have access to a car with a clean UK Driving Licence**. Experience with care is preferrable but not essential however a basic understanding of care would be expected. All care requirements will be explained at interview level and training will be provided.

The rate of pay is £12.00 per hour and a mileage allowance of 45p per mile whilst in the vehicle
