**Job Opportunity**:

- Assist in inspecting damaged vehicles and identifying necessary repairs
- Learn to prepare accurate estimates using industry software
- Work with Technicians and insurers to ensure smooth repair processes
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair needs clearly and professionally

**Essential Skills**:

- Experience of working in a Bodyshop or Accident Repair Centre as a Panel, Paint or MET Technician
- Driven to progress in a VDA role
- Strong attention to detail, a problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic IT competency and willingness to train on specialist software
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to work as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence preferred
