We are looking to recruit a Part time Showroom Host to join our Macklin Toyota dealership in Glasgow.

This is a pro-active role where a tremendous first impression is critically important, from a polite and attentive welcome to walk-in customers to a timely, professional and helpful answer to all calls.

This role will be contracted to 24 hours per week working across Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

You will be required to meet and greet all customers on arrival to the showroom and ensure that their time at the showroom is an exceptional and enjoyable experience. You will also be required to replenish stocks of brochures/ tea and coffee facilities etc. and cover the reception phones. There is also a requirement for you to capture and record customer details on the appropriate systems.

You will be an enthusiastic and flexible individual with a keen eye for detail, be exceptionally organised and have great dedication to customer service with excellent communication skills.
