**Accountable to the BUK Delivery Lead for the Safe, Efficient and Effective delivery services and activities defined and scoped within the Ineos FPS Contract framework. Key functions within the role include; manage, drive, coordinate and deliver all works on the approved schedule, coordinating man power and service. The Superintendent is to lead and drive the team such that the “Spirit of Continuous Improvement” is fostered and adopted.**

**Success in the role will be best demonstrated by his team’s ability to deliver the agreed Schedule, on time cost, to quality and within the contractual performance criteria.**

**Key Accountabilities and Activities: What should the role holder do to achieve the goals and visions of the business**

Duties included within this role, but not limited to the following

(Additional tasks may be given to the Site Superintendent by the Delivery Lead, if deemed appropriate):

Support the setting the styles and standards for the delivery of HSE Performance Excellence.
- Support the Leadership Team in the attainment of KPI performance within the Contract target parameters.
- Act the “Responsible Owner” for any fixed or temporary infrastructure such as workshops, storage, cutting tents and habitats, etc.
- Serve as the focal point for the day to day delivery of Insulation & Fabrication activities:

- Closely interfacing with key client stake holders (Client SIP Coordinators & FPS COW) to ensure delivery against the Schedule.
- Closely interfacing with Bilfinger stake holders to ensure delivery against the Schedule.
- Review work plans and schedules to enable efficient co-ordination of work activities and adequately brief the Supervision with regard to work plans, procedures and practices.
- Highlighting and reporting any issues that affect schedule delivery on a daily basis at the daily meeting.
- Managing any change to delivery schedule utilising BUK/ Client Change Management systems and providing relevant documented evidence (CVI/ Disturbance/ OT forms, Timesheet monitoring, etc.)
- Ensuring robust forward organisation of permitry, materials, and manpower to eliminate non-productive time, through the coordination of field visits and attending scheduling meetings.
- Monitoring and driving Supervision to ensure productivity levels are met, without any detriment to any Health and Safety requirements.
- Exploring the use of alternative methods, materials and equipment opportunities in order to improve productivity and minimise risk.
- Ensure applied insulation works are in-line with manufacturers specifications requirements by ensuring the workforce is suitably trained to determine that all work is executed in line with relevant technical standards (Client and/or BUK).
- Operate and build relationships with the leadership team, direct reports and general workforce, include client, sub-contracting and vendors.
- Participate in the BUK Audit program as required / Directed.
- Liaise with Scheduling Team to analyse progress and individual team(s) efficiency, exploring and innovation/ practices that will offer improvement.
- Provide technical support to Supervision.
- Support the compilation of job methodologies and risk assessments - this can be coordinated through the Supervision - which may include JSA involvement with the HSEQ Team.
- Ensures correct materials and equipment are available for the work scope and project, working with the procurement team.
- Challenge the norm and drive safety and efficiency in the field.
- Holds regular ‘Stand up’ safety and planning meetings with Supervision to set style, expectations and performance.
- Consult with management or the safety team on any issues relating to HSEQ.
- Performance management of direct reports using the Bilfinger personal review procedure, HRcules
- Arranges and coordinates ‘call out’ requirements across operational areas.
- Sub Contract/ 3rd Party coordination.
- Time booking verification against approved works orders and delay/ causation codes to ensure project controls and reports can be accurately
