The Westcoast Learning & Development team has had phenomenal success winning industry awards for their innovations and deliverables on a Group level, and they are now expanding the team for the exciting journey ahead. We are looking for someone to support the design and delivery of digital learning elements of Westcoast’s learning programmes.

**The Job Role**

Working closely with the Learning and Development Manager you will help research, storyboard, design and deploy eLearning and various other digital learning experiences in line with business needs and objectives.

Predominately a project focused role with tight deadlines so time management is very important.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, scope and build learning solutions using a range of digital learning tools. Design and develop engaging learning materials including videos, software simulations, games, and quizzes using Rise and Storyline. Create storyboards, scripts, and wireframes and use Vyond to create e-learning content.
- Engage with stakeholders across the organisation to understand their learning needs, reviewing processes and providing suggestions for improvement. Ensure digital learning assets are embedded into blended learning approach.
- Research the latest technology approaches and trends. Work with external providers to offer varied digital learning content.
- Upload courses to the system and make them accessible to the business, monitoring engagement. Edit and proofread learning content prior to publication to ensure quality

**Key Skills**
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect and engage with people.
- Enthusiastic and motivational ethos, and a proactive team player.
- Highly Organised.
- Experience in L&D Digital design, with ability to translate technical information.
- Experience of SAP, Success factors or similar. (preferred)
- Articulate 360 and Vyond knowledge
- End to End design.
- Computer literate (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

**Desirable**

CIPD Level 5 or Equivalent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
