The finance analyst will work closely with the Client Workplace Team and Client RR Finance team to ensure compliance with company financial procedures and effective administration of financial and commercial processes in the delivery of Workplace activities.Specifically.
**Duties**:

- Maintain commercial file with project cost, revenue, margin and invoicing balances
- Update Maximo (maintenance management system used to track jobs raised by customers)
- Collate timesheets using timesheet system, input the data into the commercial file to allocate to live projects
- Assist in creating pricing schemes for customers and in regular forecasting of revenue and cost.
- Raising purchase orders and invoice requests
- Month end process: adhere to strict month-end timetable, report service line performance (revenue, cost, margin, cost over runs, and cost savings) to Commercial Manager
- Analyse the monthly sales data for trends, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and report these to the Commercial Manager
- Compare service line performance to expectations and provide comments against any variances
- Reporting: Data analysis and report writing, reconciliations of large data sets
- Experience of working in a fast-paced commercial environment
- Administration of complex data sets.
- Working knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Advanced knowledge or MS Office 365 packages, particularly Excel
- Attention to detail is essential.
