As a rapidly growing ecommerce tech platform, we’re looking for a **Head of Paid Media** who will be responsible for leading our paid media strategy across all verticals, and driving a positive return on investment. Paid media is a key pillar of Teemill’s growth strategy and this is a high-impact role with fast-track progression opportunities.

This role is ideal for a leader with an agency background with deep strategy experience, ready to build on this and take their first step in-house at a business with an exciting growth trajectory.

This position will be based in our city centre office in Bristol, with some flexibility to work from home.

This role will report into, and be supported by, the Chief Marketing Officer.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Leading our Paid Media function within the business, the key driver for growth across all our business areas (spanning both B2B and B2C, across ecomm and lead-generation channels)
- Defining and managing the strategic direction and driving day-to-day operations for the Paid Media function
- Owning and growing 7-figure media budget across multiple verticals and being responsible for driving results on or above target (whether ROI/CPA etc)
- Reporting on advertising performance and developments to senior stakeholders, including the board of directors
- Nurturing, training and growing a team of paid media executives and managers, developing a culture of learning and constant improvement
- Ensuring our approach remains best in class, maintaining strong relationships with key media providers and keeping your finger on the pulse of the latest industry developments
- Engaging in high-level management and leadership discussions to help shape the business and people strategies for Teemill

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years experience in Paid Media with 3+ years experience of managing teams and owning strategies
- Experience working with 7-figure annual budgets
- Substantial experience developing strategies and working with paid channels including Google, Microsoft, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest. Programmatic, Amazon, Influencer and offline channel experience is a bonus
- A breadth of experience working across both B2B and B2C accounts
- Proven experience of scaling high-growth businesses and entering new markets with cross-border or multi-lingual campaigns
- Excellent communicator with ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Exceptional organisational skills and ability to prioritise between multiple competing projects
- A keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills and comprehensive understanding of the changing privacy and attribution landscapes
- Drive, passion and willingness to learn and keep up to date with the ever-changing world of paid media
- Passion for sustainability and the circular economy
