What will you be doing?
- Providing all Pentagon customers with a level of service that will achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty.
- Taking the time to talk to customers via inbound calls and building genuine rapport by truly listening to their needs and supporting them with the products and services that are right for them.
- Estimating and invoicing costs to customers.
- Working and communicating with other Parts departments within the business.
- Assisting with promotions, events and marketing initiatives to increase sales of incremental products.
The working hours for this role are Monday - Friday 0900am - 1730pm.

Who are we looking for?
- A genuine interest and passion for the Motor Trade
- Previous experience working with Automotive Parts.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- An ability to build rapport and establish and maintain good working relationships.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Confidence with IT systems
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to their workload.
- Endless drive and self motivation.
- A full, UK driving licence would be advantageous for this role.
