You will play a key part in creating a welcoming environment for our customers, preparing food items, and maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the workspace.
**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure that all food safety and hygiene regulations are followed at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices is preferred but can be taught on the job.
