Our client are a well-established multi-disciplinary organisation providing one-stop service including Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Architectural Services, and Structural Engineering advice.

**The Role**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a **Chartered Building Surveyor(**MRICS**) **to join their enthusiastic team and work on a wide range of forthcoming contract projects. Your work will be principally located in central and greater London dealing mainly with a mix of high-end residential and commercial properties.

**Essential**:

- They will only consider MRICS Qualified building surveyors who have achieved Chartered status.

**Previous experience in most of the below**:

- Specification writing and contract administration
- Building pathology ranging from specific defect analysis through to estate wide condition reports
- Party wall services
- Production of maintenance plans and cost plans
- Fire reinstatement cost assessments
- Schedules of dilapidations
- Licences to alter
