The West Locality has vacancies for Sessional Project Workers within Nurture Services
- Thrive Your Time Service in Inverclyde.

We are looking for As & When Project Workers to support service delivery to children and young people with and affected by disability. Children, young people and their families accessing the service receive a range of individualised service provision that supports them to participate within their wider communities, develop peer relationships, reduce social isolation and develop a range of skills and abilities.

We are looking for flexible and experienced staff to enable us to offer a range of support packages for children and young people. This is an opportunity to be part of a creative team with a vision to transform the lives of the most vulnerable children and their families. Being part of our team will enable you to develop your knowledge and skills by working in a range of different setting; the role is to work alongside the team to provide support as and when required to children and young people on an individual basis and in groups.

The aim of the work is to provide some or all of the following activities in order to:

- Use a relationship based approach, to develop positive relationships with children and young people.
- Support children and young people to access supports and groups that will promote health and wellbeing.
- Reduce isolation.
- Provide children and young people with new opportunities and experiences to improve their social and emotional development.
