Hours:20 hours per week over 3 or 4 days, to include some weekend working and selected bank holidays

**Salary**:£22,738 per annum, pro rata for part time hours.

Contract: Permanent

We have an exciting opportunity to join our E-commerce Team. This is a great chance to join

our established team who are responsible for our online presence on various platforms such

as eBay, Vinted and the Hospice website.

This role involves assisting the E-commerce Team ensuring our digital operation always meets the needs of the business and to be a proactive member of the wider Retail Team.

As our E-commerce Assistant you will support the team to:

- identify items of value and accurately price check them to ensure they are sold for the highest value
- prepare, list and despatch items for sale online in accordance with agreed policies and procedures
- support our team of volunteers with pricing and listing
- complete administrative tasks as required

You will need to be enthusiastic, customer and target focussed, and enjoy working with a diverse range of products to sell. You will be required to complete paperwork and therefore a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products is useful. It would be desirable to have experience in working with online platforms but full training will be given.
