Dunedin Complex Care is nurse owned and led. All care provided is designed by the client to ensure a truly bespoke approach. As nurses we take great care in supporting our teams to deliver the best they can - giving the support and confidence needed.

We are currently seeking experienced complex care assistants to provide contingency across 7 days a week. You will be experienced in complex community care and paid to be available for 3 x 24-hour periods one week and 4 x 24 on week two. This will be on a rolling basis for any cover required and this will include alternate weekends.

Car driver essential as will need to work with a variety of clients across Devon with complex needs.

Full training and support provided in delegated tasks and competencies by Regional nurse manager and Regional supervisor.

All training can be provided, as long as you have the right approach. Experience of delivering care in peoples own homes is beneficial but we will provide any training you need or wish to have. We are also supporting many of our care team with their professional qualifications from level 2 to level 5 and ANP.
