**Position Type**: Full-time, strictly office based.

**Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00

**Salary**:From £23 000 (depending on experience)

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide first-line support to end users, resolving technical issues related to our ERP system and app for the traffic management industry.
- Respond promptly to incoming tickets and inquiries via phone calls and help desk tickets.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach by contacting end users directly to gather information and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Document all interactions, resolutions, and development work in the ticketing system ‘’Fresh Desk’’ and Project Management System ‘’Scoro’’ to maintain accurate records and streamline future support processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a help desk or customer support role.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
- Proven experience in PHP Development.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and solving problems efficiently.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
