Trainee Estimator

We have an opportunity for a Trainee Estimator to join our outstanding team at our leading production facility in Royston.

To be a good Estimator you need to;
- Have excellent technical abilities/knowledge
- Be commercially minded and able to make good business decisions
- Be able to learn quickly and problem solve
- Be exceptionally good with numbers & maths
- Be tech savvy
- Have a real can-do attitude - both towards learning and the overall success of the team.

In this role you will;
- Produce commercially viable and accurate customer quotes within agreed deadlines according to customer specifications
- Record all quote feedback for analysis
- Liaise with Production and technical teams to facilitate quote generation
- Provide reports on quote conversion rates and failure

Full training will be provided to the right applicant. You can expect to spend your first 3-6 months learning all areas of our business to ensure you have all the right knowledge to be successful as an estimator.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
