My client is an international manufacturer who is well established and pride themselves in giving their customers complete confidence in the performance of their products and services worldwide.

As Warehouse Operative, you will join a friendly team, based at their Hampton site. You will be expected to lift heavy goods weighing up to 20kg. You must have previous warehouse experience and ideally have a forklift truck license.

You will be expected to provide full cover of the stores & logistics requirements for the business. This will include fulfilling daily shipping schedules by picking, collating and despatching customer orders. You will also need cover stock control duties and assist with the loading and unloading of deliveries and collections.

Your role will include:

- Assist unloading and uploading of goods
- Picking, collating, packing and despatching customer orders
- Assist with counting and organising finished goods arriving to stores
- Assist with the picking, kitting and processing of manufactured kits
- Participate in periodic or perpetual inventory stock counts
- Undertake departmental training, as required
- Completing transactions throughout the stores processes with the Companies Computerised systems
- Ensure company Safety, Quality and operational procedures are followed at all times
- Provide a clean, safe and professional working environment.
- Demonstrate flexibility in the role and cover other areas of store roles when requested to do so.
- Provide a robust shift hand over to the opposing shift at the start and end of each shift
- Report any personnel issues to the Team Leader, or manager as applicable
- Make sure the daily schedule is being followed for their area.

You will need:

- Ideally forklift certificate
- GCSE Maths & English
- Experience working within a warehouse
- Good organisation skills
- Good communication skills
