HR Advisor

Working Days: Monday to Friday, Shift Pattern: 9 - 5 pm, Salary £34,000 - £38,000 doe

- As a HR Advisor, you will perform a pivotal role by providing an effective and efficient HR advisory service. You will provide legally compliant guidance to support managers, senior leaders, and other employees on a range of issues such as employee relations, policies, and contracts in line with company policy.
- Our HR Advisors are fundamental in establishing working culture and embedding our values throughout the organisation.
- Reporting to the HR Manager, you will have exposure to all areas of HR across the business including:

- Providing full HR generalist support to managers and employees, leading on employee relations casework, including disciplinary and grievance.
- Coaching managers in the areas of employee relations, policy, and performance management.
- Engaging in ad hoc HR project work as required by the HR Manager or HR Director and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems, policies, and practices.
- Be an ambassador for company policies, procedures, and values
- Previous experience of working in a HR generalist capacity and advising / coaching senior leaders.
- Experience of managing a demanding caseload, working to deadlines and the ability to prioritise workload.
- Substantial experience of handling complex employee relations issues.
- Up to date knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills with a strong commitment to teamworking.
- Experience of working in fast-paced environment
- Strong problem solving, influencing and decision-making skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent IT skills - Microsoft Office, Teams, and experience using HRMIS systems.Pay: £34,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
