HR Administrator required for a luxury family run care group in Enfield - Bright Selection have an opportunity for an Administrator with experience supporting group operations, HR and training.

Supporting the Operations Manager and HR team your responsibilities will include; (but are not limited to)
- Weekly & monthly reports
- Maintain company operations policies
- Identify requirements, support enrolment of and ensuring mandatory training is completed
- Run and act as a lead on the company's data systems and train/support other users
- Support to Operations Manager & HR as required

**Requirements**:

- Full drivers license + own vehicle
- Previous administration and project planning experience
- Experience within the care sector
- A qualification in business administration and/or business management
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office

An enhanced DBS check will be required when working with vulnerable adults.

Remuneration
- Salary offered up to £26,000
