**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Dealing with trade customers
- On counter and visiting warehouse (face to face and behind the scenes customer service)
- Preparation of orders from website and phone calls
- Dealing with any enquiries.
- Branding of packaging, steaming and sealing.
- Provide a standard of service that reflects the company corporate image.
- Ensure customers are attended to with an efficient and courteous service.
- General clerical duties.
- Dealing with deliveries.
- Pricing of stock.
- Upselling of products and services.
- Ensure a positive first impression when being first point of contact.

Communication IT Skills Able to follow procedures Punctual & reliable

Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Apprenticeship qualification.

**Required Qualifications**:
Maths, English and ICT, GCSE Grade 4-9 or equivalent
