Purchase Ledger Assistant

Butler Rose are currently working with a well-established company based in Milton Keynes as they look to recruit a Purchase Ledger Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis.
This is a new position opened up on an already efficient and effective finance department as they continue to support the growth of the business.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain the Purchase Ledger for multiple sites
- Daily download and management of invoices and credit notes
- Coding approved invoices into the general ledger
- Dealing with supplier/invoicing queries
- Assist with BACS payment runs
- Assist with month end processes
- Previous Purchase Ledger experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience managing with a significant number of invoices
- Strong communication skills
- Good excel skills
Previous experience working in the Automotive sector is desirable.
You must be comfortable working with high volumes, in a fast-paced environment whilst showing strong attention to detail.
