**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service and personalised attention to clients, assisting them in selecting the perfect jewellery piece
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our jewellery collections, gemstones, and metals
- Recommend appropriate jewellery pieces based on customer specifications, budget, and occasion
- Conduct sales transactions accurately, handle cash, and manage register operations
- Meet or exceed sales targets, working collaboratively with the team to achieve success
- Stay updated with the latest jewellery trends and industry advancements
- Maintain a clean and organised store environment, ensuring merchandise displays are appealing

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Associate within the jewellery industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of gemstones, precious metals, and jewellery trends
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle cash and manage transactions accurately
- Flexibility to work a 5-day week, Monday to Saturday, 9 am - 5:30 pm with a mid-weekday off
- Passion for luxury jewellery and a strong commitment to delivering excellence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet customer needs efficiently
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills

Pay: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
