**Salary**: Circa £80,000 dependant on experience

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Direct and guide Product portfolio investment across the BAE Systems organisation covering UK and International
- Lead and deliver a cluster of change projects/programmes/service improvements from initiation through to execution
- Ensure resources are managed effectively to meet required outcomes through clear direction and consultation
- Make sure Investment Cases for change are sound with regard to scope, deliverables, RoI, cost and outcomes
- Review the performance of delivery in conjunction with key supplier and customers to maintain transparency and rigour against schedule & budget
- Assignment of individual Programme Directors /Programme leads to manage/lead the day-to-day deliverables and overall execution within the Product area

**Your skills and experiences**:

- Integrated Business Planning
- Senior Stakeholder engagement
- Understanding of Sales and Ops
- Executing large scale programmes and establishing integrated teams to deliver the expected outcome(s)
- Commercial/finance/governance understanding & contribution to business objectives
- Proven track record of positively influencing team through coaching and mentoring techniques/schemes
- Business and Commercial Acumen

**The team**:
The role will report into the Head of IT Programme and Projects, bringing together the management and delivery of all Product programmes, complex transitions and service improvement/enhancement projects on behalf of EIT across the Group
