**Pay Rate**: Starting at £11.50 per hour, £11.70 upon passing probation

**Hours**:33 hours per week

**About the role**:
As a Care Assistant, you'll be part of a dedicated team providing quality care and support - this pivotal role involves:

- Assisting residents in their daily living tasks, including personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
- Supporting daily activities to enhance well-being, promote choice, foster independence, and uphold dignity.
- Offering encouragement and companionship by actively engaging with residents.
