**Resident Involvement & Welbeing Officer**
**Hybrid working between home (2 days) and the Bradford office (3 days) per week.**
**Salary up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.**

**The Role**
As a Resident Involvement & Wellbeing Officer, you'll play a crucial role in supporting effective resident involvement and well-being initiatives, providing valuable evidence to Anchor on service delivery excellence. You'll coordinate a variety of activities aimed at enhancing the well-being of older people, while also providing administrative support to customer initiatives that promote inclusion and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise and manage conferences and fairs, involving wider team and colleagues as necessary.
- Coordinate residents' competitions, such as Gardening and Loving Later Life awards.
- Develop and host well-being activities, both online and offline, to increase participation, ensuring coverage during periods of unavailability.
- Facilitate Be Active sessions.
- Coordinate the Community Grants and Well-being Involvement groups to ensure impactful outcomes.
- Attendance at meetings, coffee mornings, and providing taster sessions and events.
- Recruit participants for involvement groups, well-being activities, conferences, and fairs from Connected Club and wider networks.
- Maintain accurate records of resident involvement and well-being participation, outputs, and impacts, liaising with other team members as needed.
- Contribute to the team's communication plan by sourcing, coordinating, and maintaining a bank of case studies, stories, and quotes for Resident Involvement and Well-being pages.
- Record and analyze involvement and well-being activities, providing written quarterly update reports on the impact of resident voices on services and the impact of activity programs on resident well-being.
**About You**
Qualifications:
- Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent.
- Evidence of self-development, including networking.
**Experience**:
- Demonstrable track record of broad resident engagement experience or similar people-focused roles.
- Experience in establishing and facilitating resident/community groups.
- Experience in delivering face-to-face and online well-being activities.
- Experience in developing effective communication mechanisms for engaging with diverse audiences.
- Experience in identifying, developing, and sustaining feedback and evaluation mechanisms.
Knowledge:
- Understanding of the social housing sector and regulation.
- Understanding of the relationship between resident well-being and social value.
- Ability to gather, evaluate, and produce relevant and accurate reports.
