**About Our Client**:
This Bristol based college has between 150 and 200 students, some full-time, some part-time. The largest group amongst our full time students they also share much of our teaching with another Bristol college where about 30 of their students also join us for lectures.

The key responsibilities for the part time purchase ledger clerk are:

- Processing high volumes of invoices.
- Matching invoices to purchase orders.
- Reconciliation of credit card expenditures and statements.
- Checking VAT on Purchase ledger transactions.
- Resolving queries.
- Processing employee expenses.
- Any other duties as and when required.

**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful part time purchase ledger clerk will be able to:

- Sage 50 experience is crucial.
- Be able to able to drive and have a clean licence.
- Be able to cope with the volume of invoices coming through the department a month.
- Be able to work alone or a part of a team.
- Work in a fast paced environment with accuracy.
- Have good communication skills to be able to communicate with customers and colleagues.
