Iris are helping with the growth of a Birmingham based creative and marketing campaigns agency who are looking to bring in a new Paid Marketing Campaigns Executive to support clients with Social Media campaigns.

You will join their Paid Media Marketing team as a Paid Social Executive at a growing marketing agency based in Birmingham. You will have experience with running social media campaigns delivering paid and organic content campaigns to drive B2B social media campaigns for a range of clients.

As a Paid Social Executive, you will be at the forefront of delivering engaging content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, Pinterest, and TikTok. Your role will involve planning, managing, and executing both paid and organic social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales in alignment with their client’s business and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and manage paid social media campaigns using Ads Manager, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
- Conduct daily analysis and optimization of campaign performance to maximise effectiveness.
- Upload audiences and creative assets as part of client briefs.
- Report on campaign and content performance using platform reporting suites to inform decision-making.
- Advise on media budgets and contribute to media planning initiatives.
- Schedule and post organic content across various social media platforms, ensuring consistency and engagement.
- Plan and create social and video content for organic channels, reflecting client brand’s identity and values.
- Engage with the right client audiences by responding to comments and messages in a timely and engaging manner.
- Activate campaigns and content across social media platforms, ensuring seamless execution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with social media platform representatives to stay abreast of latest developments and opportunities.

Essential Skills:

- Significant hands-on experience in media planning and building paid advertising campaigns across social platforms.
- Proficiency in scheduling and creating content for key social channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Ability to review and respond to briefs, develop activation timelines, and work across organic and paid advertising perspectives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and influence multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in social media analytics, reporting, and turning insights into actionable plans.
- Creative thinking skills to deliver inspiring and relevant content that resonates with target audiences.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest developments in social media and proficiency in using core social media channels.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
