**Client Details**

We are working with a utilities provider within the Runcorn area who are very well established and have won multiple awards for their services and products.

**Description**
- Proactively chase outstanding payments from debtors.
- Responsibility for each Account on the Sales Ledgers ensuring all information is up to date.
- Proactively manage customer payments, in accordance with company policy.
- Responsibility for all legal action for both ledgers bad and doubtful debts.
- Monitor and manage credit limits and terms, ensuring system information is up to date
- Plan and lead monthly Credit Control Meetings.
- Prepare and distribute month end reports.
- Investigate Queries.
- Other duties as required.

**Profile**
- Exceptional working knowledge of Microsoft Excel including V-Lookup, formulas, and Pivot tables
- Strong Communication Skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise.
- 3 years+ experience in Credit Control (or Customer Services with an understanding of Credit Control requirements).

**Job Offer**
- Full-time, Permanent
- £25,000.00 per year
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Hyrbid working
- 37.5 hour working week
- 25 days holidays plus BH
