Academics is currently recruiting for inspiring or experienced Primary Teaching Assistants.
- Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant who is looking for a new position with an immediate start?
- Are you an inspiring Teaching Assistant, perhaps a Graduate, looking to start your carer as Teaching Assistants?

A fantastic mainstream school based in Coventry is keen to find a Primary Teaching Assistant. They are looking for a positive, creative and dedicated Teaching Assistant who is able to work with small groups or 1:1, supporting children with SEN. The SEN childrenmight have mild Autism, global delay or behavioural needs and require 1:1 support.

The School is looking for a Teaching Assistant who is:

- Able to work with and support SEN children.
- Has a positive behaviour management skills.
- Has a sensitive and creative approach to deal with challenging behaviour.
- Might have relevant experience or is a graduate with relevant qualifications looking to start their career.
- The ability to use your own initiative and work as part of a team.

What we require from you:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Enhanced DBS certificate.
- Be Eligible to work in the UK.
