Night Auditor

The Copthorne Hotel Slough - Windsor is seeking an experienced **Night Auditor **to join our friendly team Front office department working as part of the Night team.

**As Night Auditor your key responsibilities include**:

- To ensure that all guests are welcomed to the hotel and delivering friendly and efficient service to guests
- To deal with any guest queries or problems during their stay and ensure that they are being looked after
- Running the Night Audit function and to be able to deal with all reservation queries
- Carrying out operational tasks, such as Checking in/out guests, Bar service, Porter duties, general cleaning duties.
- Conducting fire walks and ensuring that the building is safe and secure during the shift
- Providing accurate shift handovers ensuring all items requiring attention are detailed and the shift checklist is completed to required standard
- Ensuring telephones are answered promptly and politely, according to Company standard
- Ensuring all information is communicated to the relevant department in the interest of providing excellent customer service
- Being fully aware of and understanding Fire, Bomb, Health & Safety and emergency procedures.

**Essential Skills Required**:

- Previous Hotel Reception experience in a quality hotel
- Experience of Night shift is advantageous
- Excellent communications skills
- A positive, ‘can do’ attitude and Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of Opera PMS advantageous
- Great team player
