We are looking to appoint an experienced and qualified finance professional to the role of Finance Business Partner. This is a new position within the firm and will provide variety and scope to make it your own.

As our Finance Business Partner, you will focus on driving improved performance and cost control, whilst building, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as the conduit between Finance and the wider firm.

**As Finance Business Partner, you’ll be responsible for but not limited to**:

- Providing financial support and insight to departmental heads and teams, including reviews of existing management information with a view to drive efficiencies and improvements
- Delivering monthly actuals, budget & forecast presentations incorporating KPI reviews (utilisation, recoveries, margins and lock up)
- Supporting business planning by providing financial analysis and modelling
- Proactively identify opportunities (from either existing or new analysis) for improved performance and develop potential solutions to improve financial performance
- Highlighting risks and opportunities to financial performance and develop actions to mitigate these risks
- Developing the skills and competencies of employees through training and development activities

**The Successful Applicant**

A finance professional with related finance business partnering experience and the ability to work and communicate effectively with key individuals of all levels across the business. You will need to demonstrate:

- Previous experience of business partnering
- Ability to think strategically, evaluate, and use analytical skills to understand the bigger picture whilst having good attention to detail
- Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills
- Excellent Excel skills
